can't install game after i uninstall it

hi

I bought the new game of ghost recon breakpoint in gold edition, the game was installed for 2 weeks and yesterday I try to play it, and I go the message that I need to download with error code (didn't write it), I uninstalled the game with all its content
and then try to install it again, but now when I press the install tab the game don't start to download, I did everything that is told in the support except format the console.

the new help is not helping at all and I don't know what to do more.

anyone can help me???? i want to play the game and i cant play it

I did format to the console, that help at the end, what they suggested in the selution options.

I know this game was in the free to play weekend a few weeks ago, if you got the game at that time it wont be playable now.
