Can't Install Forza Horizon 5 on pc via Windows

I have been playing Forza Horizon 5 since launch and have only had problems with crashing. Tonight I get on to play it and it won't launch. Like at all. I double click the icon, run as administrator, and even try launching through the Xbox App. So I uninstalled it and was gonna reinstall it but the store says I don't own it. I can still play it on my series x no problem and can see I bought it in my order history. No website or tutorial has been able to help and Microsoft support won't even let me connect with them via webchat. Someone please help me.

Open Accounts
Click Sign-in Options
Scroll down to Privacy
Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."
Restart your PC

didn't work. I can see my addons for the game and even my other microsoft games like forza horizon 4, but it says i need to buy horizon 5 again

I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

The URL you've hyperlinked is the same for both links. I can't find anywhere where it says Forza 5 does not run on Windows 11.

I'm not sure how you have lost access to your progress and in-app purchases, that is likely a separate issue. However, Windows 11 is not in beta, it's a full commercial release. It's been on general release since October 2021. Forza Horizon 5 is designed to run on both Windows 10 and Windows 11.

There should no incompatibilities for games between Windows 10 and Windows 11. I'm a PC gamer and I play Forza Horizon 5 via Windows 11 and it's working perfectly.

I can't install both AoE IV and Forza Horizon 5 through Game Pass 0x00000001 error message. I tried everything, including a fresh install of Windows 11, but I still have this issue.
