    Can't install DLC for Fallout: New Vegas


    I bought all of the DLC for Fallout: New Vegas, but after buying them I cancelled the downloads because I didn't want to play it yet. Then when I look up to install them, only 4 of 6 appears, even when in my purchase history says that i own them. Those are Honest Hearts and Courier's Stash, i can't install them neither from Microsoft Store nor game's info, the only option that appears is to buy it when I already own it.

    I've tried power cycle my Xbox, removing and downloading my account twice, looked if the same thing happens in another console and in my pc so I can install them remotely, but it's just the same, as if I didn´t buy anything.

    Also I looked up if i could download it in my Xbox 360 and I can, so I don´t know what exactly to do ;(

    Fallout NV Ultimate Edition. Backwards compatible?

    Putting the second disk in will install the game. Then go to my games and apps and then go to manage game under Fallout New Vegas and all the DLC will be their ready to install.

    Try installing the game from the DLC disc instead of the Game disc. If I remember correctly, that was the way to get the DLC for the Game of the Year edition of Fallout 3 and the Ultimate Edition of Fallout New Vegas. You will need to uninstall the games first.

    Bought disc (with DLC) after playing Game Pass version. Won't install game from disc and thus won't recognize DLC (DLC is installed).

    How do I get rid of the game pass version (Fallout New Vegas, if it matters) so that I can play from disc and access the DLC? The DLC is installed, but game shows "Game Pass" on launch screen and only sends me to store for DLC.

    DLC is on disc 2, so by rebooting xbox and putting in disc 2 I was able to install DLC. I just can't access it. :(
    Because of how Xbox Game Pass works, you have to reinstall the game due to the licensing trying to use the Game Pass version which acts as the definitive version.

    Go to My Games & Apps, highlight Fallout New Vegas, press menu (the button with 3 lines) and go to Manage game & add-ons.

    Once you are at this screen, highlight Fallout New Vegas again, and press Menu once again, the select Uninstall. This will uninstall the game pass version and you will be able to install from a disc once you do this process. Your DLC will be safe.
