can’t install disney plus on xbox one?

sooo i have this issue where i cant install the app from the app store. each time i load onto the app store to download disney, it’ll tell me there was a problem with the page (disney’s page). ive restarted my console, signed in and out of my account, it still won’t work. it started after i decided to uninstall it because it wouldn’t let me connect my phone.

Have you tried installing the game remotely? You can click the game title from your order history to install it via Xbox store: https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/disney/... or you can use Xbox app. Just make sure that remote features are already enabled. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features. Check the box to enable remote features and for Power options, select Sleep mode.

Disney has
confirmed that there will be a Disney Plus app for gaming consoles including Xbox One on launch which is November 12th.

Nope, didn't work. I have a feeling there must be something up with disney right now since every other app allows me to preview their install page except disney plus.

This is what you need to know:

Xbox one and xbox x|s you can play it on and a lot of other games on (this is like a pc)

Xbox one series x|s and xbox one x|s you can’t play Disney infinity and other games on like Skyrim on. (This is like a Mac)

For another example is for computers the ones that are like a pc can play lots of more games the Mac ones can’t because they can’t play 32 bit games those are like Disney infinity and Skyrim so you need the pc ones

Neither of those worked, I don't think the remote feature on the xbox app allows you to install apps, only games.
