Can't install descenders on game pass for pc

    Can't install descenders on game pass for pc


    I can install any other game from the game pass but for some reason when I try to install descenders it always stops at 100.1MB the error code is 0x80070005 and when searching it up online I only get results for the console and not the pc version, I have no clue why this happens but it's happening on both of my drives when I try to install the game. here are the pics if it helps:

    Hi thanks for getting back to me but after posting this I tried fixing it more and I forgot what it was called but I used the command sfc/ scannow on cmd and then the second command which I forgot, restarted my pc and it was able to install, again thanks for getting back to me :)

    Hello Adam, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11.

    Updates often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

    If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update and then make all subsequent security updates.
