can't install death's door

Hello again, if you tried resetting by keeping games try a full reset on the console and first install only Death's Door until the end and see if it starts, something must be corrupting the game in the download, because otherwise it would happen with all the games.

Try doing the procedure below, it may be some bug in the recognition of the game.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

You have to know the email and password of the account you have on Xbox, if you share an account (home console and have more accounts, you'll also need to know to be able to put it back on Xbox.
