Are there other profiles on your computer? I have seen users face issues with multiple accounts on their PC that seem strikingly similar. If it is not a direct issue with your Xbox account, it may have to do with permissions within the PC itself, not necessarily the account.

In this thread: I can't install any games that have "Administrator approval - Microsoft Community one user ended up changing their country/region and got it to work but later had issues with download speeds.

If it is your Xbox account, I would double check your privacy settings at xbox.com/privacy and ensure that the birthday on your account is not a child account.

Yes it is still available. If you are trying to install the game on PC, then you need the Xbox app and the Ubisoft Connect PC app installed as well from the Ubisoft website.

Just search for it on the app, then select it to install, and will install from the Ubisoft Connect app for you.

I had support chat with Xbone support team about external hdd issues such as moving certain content.

Certain content just would not install or move to the external hdd. My external hdd is Lacie Rugged Mini 2TB USB 3.0 (tested fine on both MACs and PCs) before formatting on Xbox One for Games and Apps.

Once a game or app does not install externally it would not move to the external hdd.

My 360 moves games or apps almost always successfully.

This externally hdd moving issues along with certain games and apps not installing on it is causing major headaches. I also already tested with another brand which as tested on both MACs and PCs fine but with Xbox One it is becoming an issue.

I believe it is a combination of digital rights management, account issue, along with Xbone system software.

I assume you are trying to remote install a game from your Xbox app on PC. Usually when it fails to install it will show you an error below the install button.

Can you open Store app on your PC and search for the game there and try to install from there? Also, try restarting your PC.
