    Can't install Call of duty : Black ops III


    Hi ,

    For cristmas I had Black Ops III . But , I tke the CD in the xbox , and , the installation is blocked at 0% an in 2 or 3 minutes , I have an error and the installation is stopped . I tried to go offline an to do this : Error Installing Xbox One Game but
    I have the same thing . Can you help me ?

    Try doing a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console and test
    for results. Good Luck!
