Can’t install apps or games on my Xbox one s

I have tried every method of my knowledge (online also) and my xbox refuses to install any apps. Ive tried clearing my cache by holding the power button for 10 seconds (hard reset,) i have tried checking for updates, and freeing up space (cloud.) What should
i do now?

I bought an Xbox one s and i didn’t get the free gamepass also i can’t get my games that i had installed on my xbox one s I have been trying to get in Contact with all i’m nit getting no answer.

That is definitely a weird issue. I would recommend resetting the operating system on your Xbox one S. Before doing this, Cancel the installation and make sure you know your log in credentials for all accounts you need on your Xbox.
You will have to re-download the profiles you want.

Follow these steps to reset the OS :

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games and apps

You will not need to redownload your games if you select "reset and keep my games and apps.
