Can't install any of my DLC's

Hey guys and ladies, So basically I've been having issues downloading Add-Ons for Fallout 4, Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and Star Wars Battlefront. Whenever I try to download them in manage game it wouldn't be there but when I go to the store it would say
install without it lighting up for me to install it and has an esclamation mark next to the writing that says "You own this product.". Anyone know a way to solve the issue? Thanks.

Battlefield 3 Premium Trouble

So, I have gotten Battlefield 3 Premium Edition about 2 weeks ago. That day I activated the premium and got some of the DLC's. I have gotten some new games and needed some space so for the time being i deleted all of the Battlefield 3 content. So today I
went to go re-install some of that content. Soon to realize I'm not premium anymore. I can't get any of the DLC's, or anything! I tried to enter my premium code again but it says already in use. I thought if you entered it once then it's on there for ever.
Can anyone help me get my premium back for Battlefield 3?

Can't install any game

I've tried to install the Resident Evil 7 Teaser:Beginning Hour but it stops at "Installing 3,54GB"

Later, i've tried to download other game just to test it and it's the same as you can see:

I don't know what to do, tried wsreset.exe, but nothing happens..

Can someone please help me fix it?

Same problem. I purchased the season pass, game says the dlc is installed, but I can't access any dlc content in game.

I still can't find the dlc. It says in the store that it is installed but i can't find it under installed/ready to install

Update. The game will not load on my series X with any dlc installed. Only the base game.

It will load with dlc installed on the new profile. But I don't have access to the dlc since that profile doesn't own the dlc.

It will load on the Xbox one with dlc.

Mine installed fine but i can't see my DLC fighter's :/. Anyone else having this problem ?

Having the same issue, I can't find any solutions either. Re-installed the game 3 times already with reboots in between, yet no avail. "DLC Required" for any part of the MCC...
