Cant install any games

So my xbox has been having a this issue for a while now. It hasn't let me download games it'll get to a point where its almost done downloading and it will say installation stopped then freeze my Xbox. When a game does download it'll always give me this
app took to long to open. Could this be my hard drive failing?

It might be but for me it has been happening for 3 months now

If multiple people are having the issue it could have something to do with the recent store update and may need a fix.

I have the same problem but i've done almost all the troubleshoot steps and none have worked

power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, we have a support article that provides

troubleshooting for game installations on Xbox One. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, we suggest performing

a soft factory reset. This type of factory reset will keep all games and applications installed, but it will remove the profiles from the console. Be sure to let us know the results
