Cant install any games onto my PC through xbox app

Please help me i’m losing my mind. I’ve been trying to install the PC edition of minecraft on my pc through the xbox app for a month. It just gives me errors, every single game does. I finally caved and spent my money on minecraft through the browser and since it was linked to my xbox microsoft account it still won’t install and I cant get a refund. I’m already having a horrible week and this is just driving me insane. I’ve tried every single help forum on here and nothing works. I’ve uninstalled it, gone into settings and changed all the security BS, tried to add some code to some power thing like a forum on here said, nothing. Really upset

Good day, I first subscribed to Xbox Ultimate Game Pass on my Xbox One console but when I went onto my PC to install FS2020, the Xbox App for PC does not recognize my subscription and is asking me to subscribe again. Any resolutions to this?

Are you attempting to install the game onto an Xbox One console? Or would you happen to be attempting the installation on a Windows 10 PC?

If you're on a PC, are you attempting to install the game through the
Xbox (Beta) app?

I am trying to install games and apps onto my D drive instead of C drive through the Xbox app and Windows store on Game pass.

I have set the default drive to install apps to through Windows settings

I get a notification when going to install the game, asking which drive to install to, and instruct it to install to the D drive

Every time though, it ignores this and installs to me C drive.

If I try to move the app through settings, the "Moving" notification and progress bar appears for a split second before disappearing, with no error information, but not having moved the file.

There are some apps that are installed on my D drive, and the pattern seems to be apps that require Admin approval are the ones not install onto my D drive.

Could someone try and resolve the issue, as it's incredibly frustrating for a service that is no longer in beta.
