Can't install any games from Xbox app.

Hi,

I've bought the Ultimate games pass and I'm trying to install some games but they get stuck at Preparing 0%. Any ideas for how to fix this? I've previously installed Sea of Thieves but any games after won't install.

Thank you! The last option in the list fixed the problem for me. Installing now.

I have restarted, restarted modem, flushed dns, signed in and out etc, also tried task manager fix. tried looking in windows store for updates, as per recommendation from another website. No luck. The mobile app can't install games, my other computer
can't install games, the windows store can't install games, and the xbox beta app can't install games. This is seriously broken and I haven't seen any effort from Microsoft to fix it

no you can't, when you login to the Xbox One go to my games and apps and you can install any backwards compatible games from there

The game i try to download is autometa,a plague tale,minecraft dungeons,codevein,among us these games that being error for me but some other game like goat simulator,sea of thieves that i can download.

Can't install any games from Xbox app.
