Can't install a title digitally on Xbox One S

I purchased Rainbow Six Siege Ultimate Edition digitally. When I attempt to install the game, it begins downloading normally, but st 390.41mbs (this exact number every time) it starts stops abruptly and pops up "installation stopped." All of the add-ons
installed just fine and other titles install without issue. I've tried hard resetting the xbox as well as going to a friend's house who has better internet connection. (Around 50mbs per second)

The error code is: 0x8007045d

Its the server just keep lettiingg it try to download eveenntualy it will go.

I woke up this morning and tried installing it from the xbox store instead of the "ready to install" section of my games. That fixed the issue.

I've already tried this and it still does the same thing every time.

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

no, you can't install the xbox one s system on your pc. on pc you can only use play anywhere titles.
