    Can't install a DLC I was gifted


    I had an account gift me the content creator map DLC for cities skylines but (I Believe) the service outage caused it to glitch and now I can't install it also I'm pretty sure it can't be refunded

    Forza Horizon 3 Warthog gone

    I'm having a similar issue. The Warthog code says already redeemed but is not in the "Manage Game > Installed" screen under Horizon 3. No Warthog in game under gifts, DLC cars, or the MS store. I can't find a way to download anywhere.

    Will it be gifted in game even though the dlc is no longer installed and there is no way to reinstall it? I still have the original message from Xbox live with the code if proof of purchase is needed

    If they got them as Christmas gifts, take em back to the retailer and simply say. I want my money back.

    I have Fallout 3 with all the DLC on the 2nd disc which says it all installed. Will the DLC not work on the Xbox One?
