    I am having this exact issue. Brand new One X will not download fortnite. Any other game and app downloads fine. I have tried all listed troubleshooting steps but the download just stops.

    Our suggestion here, please attempt following our troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One for further suggestions

    Sorry im answering on my other account, but yes i have run a network test and it comes out all good. I was also able to download one of the xbox live gold games with no trouble at all. I also tried on my other xbox and apps download just fine.

    Fortnite is currently down, which could potentially cause issues with being able to install that. There are no other service alerts active.

    Have you run a network test on your console to see if there is a solid connection to the internet?
