Can't I get rid of this achievement

Once a achievement has been unlocked on a game it can't be hidden or removed.

You shouldn't be letting other people on your account in the first place.

You cannot delete any achievements. Don't listen to the IA, they don't know what they're talking about

To answer your inquiry, Yes, it is possible to delete game achievements on Xbox. This can be done through the Xbox console dashboard as well as through the Xbox app and/or website. To delete individual game achievements, you must access the game specific achievement list.

Once in the achievement list, go to the specific achievement you wish to delete, select it and then select the delete option. Should you want to delete all game achievements at once, you can do this by going to the ‘My Games & Apps’ page, selecting the game, selecting the manage game option and choosing the clear saved data option.

Be aware that when you delete an achievement, the Ubisoft Club points associated with that achievement will also be lost and cannot be recovered.

Is it Raptr.com? I have that, but the problem is that i can't get rid of already earned achievements on it from my old GT.

Sorry, but no such luck. the feature has gone missing for me. I have 2 or 3 games with no achievements, & i just can't get rid of them.
