Cant host or join a game in Resident evil 6 for xbox one? the game crashes everytime I try to

support.xbox.com/.../game-freeze-solution. Tried all steps here as well, Not working yet. Trying now moving from my external to my internal to see if it is a
bad sector on my storage device or not.

 

Moved files to different HD, No effect. Still crashes even on internal storage ruling out storage device error. All other titles work on the external 3tb with no crashing issues. Game only crashes when selecting Xbox live mode, Offline mode works Perfectly.
It is not a console based issue. At least for me.

 

I try the suggestion and problem still happening.

I'm going to try with an external HD as soon as possible.

If you solve the problem please tell me.

 

Deleted Could Saved file and console save file, removed ms account and fresh started the system again as new. Restarted with all fresh just like how it first worked at original purchase. Not Working if you select Xbox Live in network settings when starting
a game. I really was hoping to find a fix to this issue for everyone but it seems to be out of my power.

After that they don't send me a reply.

 

I have given them all the information and a lost of people from other forums having this issue. They just adventually stopped emailing me back. Capcom doesn't care that you can't play their game. I hope all of you stop buying their games. They haven't offered
any solutions or indication that anything is being done. It's just them asking if I tried different things. I've tried everything except deleting my Xbox account, moving to another country, changing my legal name and finding a hack to go around their system.
I've done every step given to me by the Xbox support. Microsoft Xbox support was helpful and tried everything with me step by step for 3 days and over 5 hours. No solutions are given by the creator of the game, Capcom. Or should we call them Crapcom.

 

i recently bought this game and cant play online at all. please don't stop emailing Capcom and don't stop complaining about it on the resident evil.net forum because we payed for this game and they better fix it or they will do the same thing with resident
evil 5 which was already announced and they haven't even fix this game.

 

I will keep emailing Capcom too, please do the same until they patch this game or give us instructions on how to fix this. Instead of doing stupid interviews on youtube that no one cares about, they should be paying attention to their product.

this is some *** I was just playin the game its still crashing I uninstalled the game deleted the save and reinstalled, I also reset my console to default settings and deleted my profile and nothing I changed my router's settings but nothing. they hto patch
this game before they release resident evil5 or the same *** will happen. I will continue to email them and suggest you also keep doing it until they aknowldege the problem.
