Cant host or join a game in Resident evil 6 for xbox one? the game crashes everytime I try to

I cant host or join a game in resident evil 6

Everytime I try the games freezes it crashes

I can only play off line perfectly

When I tried multiplayer mode for both story mode or extra content it crashes

Have anyone had this problem?

If u manage to fix this issue pls let me know

I hope that Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, and Resident Evil Code Veronica are included in those because Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5, and Resident Evil 6 were shooting gallaries.

Resident evil triple pack on store is messed up

Resident evil triple pack no longer contains Resident evil 5 and 6. I cant play either now and acts like I don't own the games, please address quickly.

I even reset my console twice and deleted everything

but still not working

I even went to a friend´s house and download it from his internet and still not working

it crahses everytime I try to play any multiplayer mode

capcom and xbox pls resolve this issue

 

Same here, just bought it digital off store, and after almost a day of installing, I went to play and 5 times straight, crash. I switched to offline and fine, tried again online crash. Can we get this fixed, it really sucks that they release this and then
you can't play with friends/family or in my case my GF.

Same issue here... I bought it on disc and it doesn't work, I can only play offline.

 

Same issue here. We play on 2 Xbox one in the same house. My Wife no Problems, but i can´t host. Only join her game or offline its fine.

Same here. Try to launch any game mode on xbox live with any setting, the game crashes. The game used to work. Uninstalled and re downloaded, cleared system cache, deleted local save games and re synced just in case i shut down the game wrong and it messed
up my save, nothing has helped so far. So i know its not my end. All of my other titles work fine.

 

I have reported this issue to Capcom but they only ask me for ID Console and after that I have not received answer about.

I have installed the game in other console and the game works fine.

Problem occurs only in my console and only with RE6.

it looks like the problem is the console.
