    Can't hear others in party chat


    Hey there,

    Just a thought, although may not work. What about removing your profile from the console, then holding down the power button to clear the cache again. Once you have done that, try re adding your profile back onto your Xbox One again.

    I know you have already tried clearing Cache, but I didn't notice you doing it without your profile on there. It may work, but it may not. sometimes doing strange things like this often fixes things (for some strange reason).

    I guess you could try one other thing to let support know of your problem. I may get in a bit of trouble for suggesting this as I do not know if they welcome it or not anymore. Hopefully they won't mind. Go to this post:

    My headset only works in party chat. When I'm playing other games I can see that people are talking but I can't hear them and they can't hear me. It only works in party chat.

    If you didn't fix yet, send me a message here and i help you.

    The solution is on the config of the xbox one "audio area" but jejeje need some details to tell you how fix.
