    Can't hear me or them?


    We covered almost everything but still the other players can't hear us but we can hear them using headset

    Checked the NAT and it's open.

    Privacy settings is set to everyone.

    Console OS is updated

    Ports used are all opened

    Also done with the basic steps.....

    We are using the headset that came with the console...

    The only thing that we can think of is that the other players are the one who're having these problem..

    But it's happening in all games online, I just want to know the root caused of these issues, anyone have an idea?

    Party can't hear me

    There are 2 standards for 3.5 mm headphone jacks, called OMTP and CTIA. On both standards, the microphone and ground connectors are reversed. So if you use an OMTP compliant headset on the Xbox, the microphone is "talking" to the ground connector of the
    controller, while the console is "listening" for the microphone on a silent ground pin.

    Please try the following: Open up the messaging tab on your console, and compose a message, but instead of typing text, press the Microphone icon, and try to record a message.

    If you are able to pre-listen to your message before sending it, you being unable to talk in a party is a network issue.

    If the console doesn't record your voice message at all, and all you hear is silence, then your 3.5 mm headset is probably incompatible.

    You can try to buy a CTIA to OMTP adapter (or vice versa, as these adapters just reverse both connectors, they work both ways). That adapter can be found online or in any cellphone stores. Since the only purpose is to reverse two connectors, these cables
    are dirt cheap, and if a store wants more than the price of a coffee-to-go for that cable, you're being ripped off.

    Since this seems to be an application issue, you might want to try the "Apps on Xbox One Support Forums", you might get a better response there.

    They hear me but I can't hear them.

    I have adjusted my audio I don't know how many times and still nothing. The most I have is when they speak they say they hear a echo of what they are saying coming from my mic.

    Have you the latest Windows 10 Build available? (Win key + R type winver and check if you are running 1909)

    Have you checked if there are any update on Microsoft Store for this App?
