Can't Hear Game Voice Actor Audio But Can Hear Game Music

Hello PoloDHG, you've tried checking your Xbox sound settings:

Settings'Out audio and volume, if you have the Headset connected to the controller make sure it is not in Dolby Atmos or DTS, if you are siddling to Windows Sonic.

Do the same if you're listening to the sound on TV.

This can happen because the audio device you are using is only compatible as stereo mode

I'm having the same or similar issue. I can hear game audio and people can hear me, but i can't hear their voice chats. Can't seem to fix it

I'm having a related problem. My games, Xbox Music etc... sound fine. However, when using Xbox Video, Netflix etc... I can't hear any voices. I can hear background noises and music, but no voices.

Yes, seems like that's the reason. And I have one more problem because it keeps happening. When I play the recorded video, I can hear my voice, the game audio, but I don't hear any of my friends' voice chat. Sometimes I can hear their voice, but many times I can't. How to fix this? And what audio will be recorded if I check the "Record game audio only"? I've tried to turn it on and off but seems like it keeps changing.

I've had the problem where the menu music will cut out and then when I join a game, the menu music is all I hear and it just loops over and over again. I can still hear the character's voices, but in-game radio music is gone entirely.
