Can't hear chat

    Can't hear chat


    I have the Tritton 720+ and has worked great for my xbox 360, but ever since I've gotten my xbox one I can't hear chat with them. I can hear game audio and my mic does work (I can see the speakers pop up when I talk), but I just can't hear other players.
    I do have the audio adapter and my controller is updated. Please help me, I don't wanna buy another headset.

    Can't hear anyone in party chat

    MidnightThudJustin,

    Select your Xbox button on your controller and scroll down all the way down to the right. Select
    Audio and make sure your mic is not muted here.

    If that does not work try going into settings

    select network settings

    select advanced settings

    select Alt Mac address

    Clear

    Restart

    Trouble Shoot Headset click the link for other trouble shooting

    Can't hear anyone in party chat

    Need some help.

    When i party-up, I can't hear anyone in the party chat. They can hear me. However, when i switch to game chat, everything is fine. I can hear them, they can hear me. They are not mited, my NAT type is open. The controller volume is fine. Anyone else have
    this problem?

    Hey there!

    Perhaps check out the volume settings?

    Press Xbox button > Speaker on bottom right, and then play with the volume settings,

    I believe its the same when you go to the party, audio options.

    Let me know if this helps?
    Also if your headphones have a volume feature, sure to see if that's all the way up,

    also if you have the "In game - party" feature on the headset, sure to hit the in between so you can hear both. (My razor has that feature and it's easy to forget lol)
