    Cant hear anything


    For some reason I cant hear anything through my headset full volume,the mic volume is max and cant hear a thing I can bear the mic monitoring but cant hear I can see my little outline talk so I'm guessing people can hear me and I cant hear a thing restart my xbox unplugged my controller and ever cleaned the port what do I do please help thanks in advance.

    Just to make sure your headset is working, connect it to your phone and play some music. From there you can narrow down to find out the probelm.

    Step 9 in XBF Brad A reply is the one to check and the following links will guide you.

    Try Setting up a headset adapter. This helps if the 3.5mm socket
    is faulty on the controller and also Update your controller firmware
    are two support links for further steps to take.

    Make sure to update every controller.

    Hey! Sorry to hear this. Brad posted a few possible fixes. If that does jot work, for experience you may try to check your controller for updates. This happened to me once and when I did the controller update it worked. Hope this helps!
