    i had a ban because of a message i used for self defense because i was being harassed by someone i got given a 24 hour ban what started yesterday at 11:20 this ban was preventing me from using party and messages today at 11;30 i started up my Xbox joined
    a party and i couldn't hear my mates however they could hear me i know this isn't my headset because when i sign in on my other account i can talk to my mates perfect and i can hear them i contacted Xbox support and they have said that its probably something
    to do with the enforcement team and the preview program i have a lot of downloaded games on my profile and if this is not fixed i want a refund of all my games whats comes to over 1K

    My xboxone headset is not working properly. I can hear my friends in party and gamechat but they cant hear me. I have just recently come off a 24 hour communications ban. So im thinking it might have something to do with that. any help would be nice thanks

    no one can hear my mic when i talk but i can hear evryone. Also when my ban was active i couldnt hear anyone and couldnt send messages but now my ban is gone i can message people but they still cant hear me in party or game chat. Please help

    People can't hear me but I can hear them

    My standard xbox one headset stopped working today. I can hear my friends talk in party chat but they cant hear me. But sometimes they can hear me right when i join the party but after a few seconds they cant hear me anymore. I tried updating my controller,
    hard-resetting my console, and continuously unplugging and plugging in the headset. But after all that, no one can hear me. How do I fix this?

    party chat problems

    I have an issue with party chat. Me and a friend will be in it playing a game for awhile then it disconnects him. He still shows in party but cant hear him he cant hear me. We've tried rebooting systems routers and still keeps happening. Can anyone help?

    Even in game chat doesn't work (Destiny) as I cant even switch between fireteam/in game chat, although my friend can switch to fireteam chat and I can hear them that way

    Tried both headset and even resetting kinect, tried unplugging conolse, hard reset, nothing seems to work
