    Can't hear anybody in Xbox Live Party


    I recently got Razer Krakens for Xbox One and when I joined a party with a friend I couldn't hear them but they could hear me. I am not sure when this started as I haven't been playing Xbox much previously so I'm not sure if it's an issue with my headset
    or not. I can also hear sounds from games. I tried to look at Microsoft support and it said to make sure your NAT Type is open which it is. Next I looked through my privacy settings but I couldn't because my account was a child account to my other Microsoft
    account on my PC so I removed my account from the family. This brought another issue as I can no longer look through "Privacy & online safety" "Family" or "Content restriction" settings or I will get a message saying that you can't connect to the service.
    I have tried to call Xbox customer support but they were no help so if anybody knows how to solve either of these issues it would be appreciated.

    i have been unbanned and can't beat anybody still

    I have been unbanned from Xbox Live and I still Can't speak to anybody in party chat.

    Friend can't be unmuted.

    My friend can't be unmute. I've tried reseting my xbox and it won't let me hear her in the Xbox live party.

    Hey there, thanks for replying. I'm trying to use the Astro's as a mic on the pc for streaming. But also I'm still trying to be in Xbox live party's and such on the Xbox. But when I try to do that I can hear the music on my computer of course since i have
    the base switched to PC but I can hear the people that is in my Xbox Live Party's But they can't hear me. I'm trying to see if there's something I could do to fix that.

    I can't hear anybody through my TB XO One headset, but they can hear me. Game chat is fine, but in party chat it doesn't work. It shows me speaking when I speak, and my friends tell me they can hear me, and if I unplug the headset, I can hear people speaking
    through the TV speakers.

    The fact that game chat still works proves that it's Microsoft's software, not my headset, adapter, Xbox or controller.

    oh, then yeah its prolly something with your area atm. that most likely could be it. also it could be since everyones inside everyone's on the wifi. and your bandwidth could be being slow because of that as

    Thank you, this has been happening for about a week or two, and I haven't had any issues with internet. I live in an area that just had a hurricane, so maybe that has something to do with it. I will try and contact support.
