Can't Hear any chat at all

Discus and support Can't Hear any chat at all in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was fine with chat until I did the update, no I cant hear chat at all while in-game or in lobby, or in party.     Can't Hear any chat at all


    I was fine with chat until I did the update, no I cant hear chat at all while in-game or in lobby, or in party. I have tried the Kinect, xbox headset, and the xbox adapter. I've removed my soundbar from the TV just to see if the soundbar was the problem
    with no luck. My TV is an L. Thank you in advance for any solutions you can give me.

    Xbox one In game chat trouble shooting

    I can't hear In gam chat on my Xbox one in any gam. Trough my xbox one headset and my tv, I can talk in my headset but I can't hear in game chat at all.

    Am I using the headset adapter wrong?

    Macon are you able to use the adapter? I can't hear any chat at all with it.
