Can’t hear any audio

My headset connected perfectly fine but, I can’t hear any audio or use my mic. This has been frustrating.

I would like help with this same issue as well! when i plug in my headphones to the controller i hear the static of the headset being on but i can’t hear any audio from the xbox at all!

One problem that is always constant when playing BF3 is the audio. For example, I was in the American light tank (forgot what it’s called). I start shooting the cannon and the audio to my tank’s motor and tracks cut off. I can’t hear the audio of me
driving the tank. It gets annoying after a while.

Hi it’s Xbox series X the audio is working in so far as he can hear others it’s just his friends can’t hear him. We have tried what you suggested but this appears to be do to with speakers. Thank you

So, here’s my last-stop recommendation: I would consider a full factory reset. I know it sounds like a pain, but all of your purchases are kept on the cloud, so your only pain will be re-downloading and installing your games or media. I had an issue with
my movies syncing properly and this fixed it in the end. I know it sounds daunting, but the reset time may be faster than waiting for a perfect answer.
