Can't go to Minecraft on my card

If you are facing this issue with only the
Minecraft game,
I suggest you to run the
app troubleshooter.

1. Press
   Windows
   Key+X.
   
2. Click
   Control Panel.
   
3. Select
   Troubleshooting.
   
4. On the left pane, click on
   View All.
   
5. Click on
   Windows Store app
   to run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

Not any of the game passes. Planning on buying minecraft and its such a hassle for me to process a card so im using online shops to buy gift cards and we dont have gift cards for my region so im buying US xbox gift cards to buy minecraft. I already got 5 usd in my account, I'm asking because I don't wanna buy the app if I can't use it when I revert my region. Thanks for the response

i can't buy minecraft,
we use a ukrainian card and buy in denmark,
it says that the card is blocked but it is not blocked.
we called a friend from ukraine to try to buy minecraft with a ukrainian card in ukraine,
he didn’t succeed either.
the money was not debited,
but the license was not bought either.

I think it might have something to do with the Minecraft bug though Before i downloaded that minecraft update TU9 everything was fine and i've been buying memberships like every other month. We just put money on our card too. And for "reasons" we cant
go buy a prepaid card at a store. I try buying on the market place. Usually if i dont have enough money it will say

"cant authorize credit card. try .... " with the yellow exclamation point on the top left corner

this time all it does is take me back to my previous screen. I realize that there is a bug with minecraft and when i ask my Gold friends they say they dont have that problem. I was thinking of deleting minecraft and then buying the membership then
redownloading minecraft or going to my uncles house and seeing if it works over there on his xbox (since he doesnt have minecraft). But I really think the problem is connected with the minecraft bug. Btw i tried several other credit card and still wont work.

If you mean to go through the minecraft.net website and click on "get Minecraft," I am afraid this is something I cannot do, if I were to go through "buy Minecraft," I am met with a screen asking me to input my credit card details.
