    This happens from time to time with the insider update. All I have to do to fix it is doing a full restart of the console but this is a big problem still...

    Log in Problems

    I have been using a Windows 8 laptop since January 2013 and in this time have accessed xbox games such as Solitaire and Wordament using the app tiles on the start up screen. I have been able to go straight into the games without the need to log in.

    For no apparent reason this has changed - now I cannot open the games, the games store or log in to xbox . On trying to open the Wordament/Solitaire app I am asked to log in, and am then given a "can't log in" error message.

    I have not changed anything in the pc settings, passwords or log in email.

    Any ideas please?

    non existing error??!

    can't open any game or app (excluding microsoft edge idk why) get the error 0x87e107df BUTT the xbox help thing says this error code doesn't exist ****

    Getting an Error that I can't log into my Xbox live Account on my PC.

    nope that didn't work. still getting the same error code. its got to be on your guys system end not mine. I can log into the Xbox app on my computer just fine. when i go to log into my Xbox live account in the game i want to play, says we can't log into
    it right now and i get the error code.

    Error Code : "0x8015DC12"

    I know you have a page for that error and i did what it suggested but that didn't work either. So any other ideas.

    Oh otakufangirl think you misunderstood the issue when i go to the app it says i. click log in and it gives me the screan with register the app online code issue is the code is all stars and about five seconds later the error code comes up the app is giving

    I'm a xbox 360 user and I'm having exactly the same issue, plus I can't even do a search for new apps.

    The Explore Apps menu is shown empty. When I open the extacly same menu without been logged to a live account, it offers the regular options, but it request's me to loggin before downloading any content. When connected, I get that annoying 807B0193
    status code, or when searching for any apps, it shows 403 error code. I tryied adding a different live account with no success, same error.

    Different code but same problem. Can log into Xbox.com fine but can't log into Xbox One, Windows 10 Xbox app, or the Mobile app. Keeps asking for password over and over and over...

    I have the same issue but with error code 0x87DD0006
    Same issue here. Tried to go offline and log in. It logged me in but none of the content on the home, mixer, or store pages would load. Couldn't play any my games either. Still showed me as logged out.
