Can't go to Dashboard after the Preview Program Update. . . Please Help

My main problem is that i cant even get to the home menu of my xbox one. its telling me its taking too long to boot up. ive already hard reset my xbox like 6 or 7 times and this issue still isnt resolved. I
started my xbox one and everything was fine but my menus started freezing up (it might be because of the new update with the preview program being glitchy for me) so i restarted my xbox then the following i stated before is happening now.

I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day.

okay I found the report a problem option. But when I click on it it tells me that I'm doing the preview dashboard and it needs an update . I'm not doing the preview dashboard program. it doesn't say anything about reporting any problem it just wants me to
update the preview program. please help

I want to register for the Dashboard Preview Program, but I haven't the option to register on my Xbox 360 console. Can you please register my console for the Dashboard Preview Programm ? Or who I could register for it ? Please help me, because I like to
test the previews of the new Dashboard Updates coming out.

If you want to leave the preview program go into the preview dashboard then into registration then choose what you want to do, you will continue to get updates until the updates go live to the public, you cannot roll back the updates you get in the preview,
if you have any problems please post in the preview forum.

are you by any chance in the xbox preview program ? I also noticed my dashboard changed from the xbox preview dashboard back to the normal one after the update

Of course this is causing this as this is an essential part of the preview program. The preview program is a beta testing program where you get the latest updates for testing and bugfixing.

If you do not want to be part of the program any longer please go to the preview dashboard app and have your console unregistered there. You will be released from the program as soon as the September update is public then. Until that you will receive further
updates every few days.
