    Can't go onto my Xbox 1s


    Yesterday I tried to play battlefield 1 as the day before it was working fine and it didn't work and today again I can't use it can't go and sign in on my laptop (and I have tried it before and it worked) and I just got my xbox for Christmas so it's quite
    new. I don't know what to do if anyone can help me please do

    Xbox 1s compatible with xbox 1 on xbox live?

    My son wants an xbox 1s for christmas. He currently has an xbox 360 and says he can't game online using xbox live with friends who have an xbox 1. if i buy him the xbox 1s, will he be able to use xbox live to play with friends who only have an xbox 1?

    Your network hardware may be hung up. Power cycle your network hardware and wait until its fully functional before turning your console back on.

    Try wired ethernet cable instead of WiFi as you may be getting signal loss.

    Hey there PJO'Leary,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on this. If the previously posted troubleshooting steps have not worked, I would make sure that you can log into your account on the website, try changing your password, then removing
    the account on your console and redownloading     it via the cloud back to the console.

    When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.
