Can't go online

    Can't go online


    It started yesterday. My games work only in offline mode. Apps like YT or Edge just does't start. When i try to check my XBOX Live Gold it tells me that i have to go online first. My internet connection is fine. When i make a multiplayer connection test
    it tells me it's fine. PLZ help.

    can you help me to get in to play online (live) in my xbox 360. my account is blocked or something. can you tell me why? or how i could get in my account and play live?

    Can't go online

    Your profile may be corrupted , go into settings and accounts and remove it (make sure you have the email and password to get it back) then shut down the Xbox by holding the Xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds , while it is off , unplug your modem and
    router for a minute or so...when your modem and router are back online , start up the Xbox , when it comes all the way up , re add your profile....it may sync a short while but all should be good afterwards...

    I removed my main profile from XBOX and signed back. Everything works fine now. Thx for your help.

    Hey, I wanted to thank Bimnog, because this solution here brought me to 2.5 std of seeking finally on the right track. I've been cutting it close this "***" again to sell and buy myself a PS4. Why are such solutions can not be found in the help pages???
    That would have saved me 2.5 hrs to Search

    Are you seeing this on Xbox One or Xbox 360? Are you able to play any other game online without problems? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried to do to fix it?

    Hey there,

    Is there a specific error code that popped up when this issue occurred? Error codes generally look like 0x00000000, and that will help us get a specific idea where to start. In the meantime, have you tried

    removing your Xbox Live profile and adding it back on    ?
