I just want to make sure that the account that you have the trial membership with is the one you are using to connect to live. Your gamertag here is silver which leads me to believe that you are still using the free silver membership and not the gold.

support.xbox.com/.../All ) and choose the statement that most closely relates to the error that you're seeing. Then follow that troubleshooting flow to see if it clears up the error.

I cant even update my GTA5. So i cant go online on my 360. Bought it 3 days ago, subscribed to Live, but hey i cant go online.

Reach out with your ISP and make sure these ports are open

A network port lets your Xbox One console communicate with the Xbox Live servers and other Xbox One consoles over the Internet. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

• Port 88 (UDP)
  
• Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
  
• Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
  
• Port 80 (TCP)
  
• Port 500 (UDP)
  
• Port 3544 (UDP)
  
• Port 4500 (UDP)
  

Note Some game developers require you to open additional ports.
