    Can't go online, please help?


    Hi, so today I was trying to play "Overwatch" on the Xbox one (regular) and it said not connected to Xbox live. I have full bar internet so I don't know what is happening, but there was construction outside my house so it could have screwed up the connection.
    But anyway I could use some help.

    Hey there,

    Is there a specific error code that popped up when this issue occurred? Error codes generally look like 0x00000000, and that will help us get a specific idea where to start. In the meantime, have you tried

    removing your Xbox Live profile and adding it back on    ?

    Can you please try removing your profile from the console, then power cycle the console, and then sign back in to redownload your profile? Do you still see the same issue after that?

    Are you seeing this on Xbox One or Xbox 360? Are you able to play any other game online without problems? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried to do to fix it?
