    how do i protect my 8 years old if i open an account for him to be able to play with him remotely

    Go into his privacy settings. My 3 year old has an account so he can play his Lego games but I have it completely locked down. Cant play anything over an E rating, cannot go online or go into Netflix. He cant even sign in without me putting in the password.

    The best thing to do would be to remove your account and re-add it.

    See if this resolves the issue.

    I thought i should say this, I CANT DO ANYTHING i cant open the guide. I cant open settings. There is nothing you can do except go to the REPORT A PROBLEM option and it brigs you to xbox insider hub that you cant use, Because you need to sign in to use it
