Can't go home

I'm experiencing a strange problem with my Xbox One. I can't reach the Home screen. When I was making an avatar, my Xbox got very laggy, and glitched out whenever I tried to go home. I tried turning my console and remotes off and on, but that seemed to
make it worse. I left it alone for a bit, but when I turned it on, It was as if the screen was frozen, but I could use voice commands to go to other apps, but not to go home. I tried signing out, and in the sign-out screen I could move, but I still couldn't
go home. This is very confusing and I can't figure out why it's doing this to me. If anyone could help that'd be great. P.S. I use the rechargeable controllers, if that has anything to do with it.

can you help me to get in to play online (live) in my xbox 360. my account is blocked or something. can you tell me why? or how i could get in my account and play live?

If you can give more details about your issue that will also help (any error messages, if you have gold, etc.).

 

1: Push the console power button for 5-10 seconds until I turns off

2: Unplug the power cord from the console - (has to be from the console)

3: Wait 30 seconds

4: Plug back in and power up console with button

Should hopefully be working okay now. If not let us know

Actually, the issue for me is that after I downloaded the NXOE, I've been having a problem going back to Home. Lets say i spent 2 hours on a certain app or game, after that point i cant press the Guide button and nothing happens. The frame rate of my current
open game plummets and a message pops up saying "Something went Wrong". After that message has popped up about 3 times and it hasn't returned to home yet, it automatically hard resets my Xbox. After I turn my Xbox back on, everything is normal and working
as it should. This has been happening at least once a day since i downloaded the update. I'm not complaining or anything though. Just some feedback on the product
