    Normally whatever you are doing you can go straight home from pressing the center home button I can't my controllers are both updated as well as my console what do I do????

    Start from Home (press the Xbox button on your controller to go Home).

    Go to My games and apps.

    Highlight the content that you want to uninstall.

    Press the Menu button on your controller.

    Select Uninstall.

    Can you try reinstalling the game?

    Start from Home (press the Xbox button on your controller to go Home).

    Go to My games and apps.

    Highlight the content that you want to uninstall.

    Press the Menu button on your controller.

    Select Uninstall.

    Can't go home from controller

    Sane here, none of my controller are able to "go home", also everytime I trigger the on-screen keyboard to appear, it locks up my controller and console. Only way to fix is to hard restart or get lucky and hope smartglass can close the keyboard.... insanly
    annoying.
