Can't get xbox one gold games this month

• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us

• A new window will pop up
  
• Type in contact Support -
  
  • you will receive different options, such as:
    
  • Message with an Xbox Gamer
    
  • Call me back ***
    
  • Ask the Community

Thanks for sharing the video, have you checked your network connection or tried to restart the console? It's odd as no error message appears, it should work, it just seems like it is glitched, it can occasionally happen for me on Xbox One.

I tried to do that but I can only do it with 360 gold games. If I try to do it with xbox One games (clickin "install in my devices" from the website) just to keep them for a near future when I get an Xbox one, I get a message saying "where do you want to
install it? looks like you dont have any device linked to your Microsoft account"

I dont have the xbox one yet so I cant link it to my account...
