    Can't get xbox live to install


    My sons each received 24 month Xbox live gold memberships for Christmas. We redeemed the codes and have confirmed that the subscriptions are established, but they can't actually access the Xbox Live features when they play. I thought we would find Xbox
    live listed under the "My Games and Apps" section under the Ready to Install tab, but there isn't anything there. When the boys try to access Xbox Live features within a game, they get an error message "This feature is unavailable. You do not have the required
    account privileges." I've spent too much time on this already, please help!

    problem

    i just bought forza 7 earlier and haven't been able to download and install the game. The DLCs installed fine. Another game was downloaded and installed fine. Forza 7 is saying it can't access Xbox live. It keeps saying that i'm not connected but I am. Even
    now that xbox live services are back up according to xbox.com/status, i still can't get forza 7 to install. Tried resetting. Tried deleting local cache and reinstalling.

    So, the problem is on their end. They said they would txt me once it gets fixed, but then they just texted me a little while ago to say xbox live was back up but i still can't install Forza 7.

    Xbox live is a joke

    Xbox Live has been a little dodgy all week but tonight really takes the mickey. I can't play any game, either cd or installed. I just get the loading message/screen. Working all work and Friday is game night, thanks Xbox Live.....
