Can't get Xbox Live Gold 360 games

Hi, I have a problem with getting xbox live gold 360 games. The xbox one games are ok, but when I try to get a 360 game I get this error: "The purchase can not be completed at this time. Please try again later.".

I obviously have a xbox live gold membership. It's been two months I think, that I'm unable to get help to download these games.

I can't play last month XBOX 360 games for a live gold.

I'm a XBOX ONE user.

I installed XBOX 360 free games last & beginning of this month for a live gold.

I have re-subscribed a live gold today.

But, I can't find my last XBOX 360 games in my game list, and even though can't play an installed games.

How I can find last XBOX 360 games for a live gold?

Other XBOX ONE games for live gold are can be played normally.

Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

Here it is from the official Xbox site:

What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?

On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold titles again.

On Xbox 360, any Games with Gold titles that you redeem as an Xbox Live Gold member are yours to keep, regardless of whether you continue your subscription.Click to expand...

Hi there,

do you have a valid payment option available on your account? Since that is a requirement to be able to get the any Xbox 360 content (also content that is free) when using any device other then a Xbox 360.

So this includes Games with Gold that are for the Xbox 360, this will require a valid payment option that matches your account region.

I have moved recently and changed my region accordingly in my Xbox One. I also added a new payment from the new region I'm in.

But on the Xbox and on the website (marketplace.xbox.com) the only payment method I can choose is the old one when trying to get a Xbox 360 gold game.

I have to say that the problem is only with 360 games. With One games the payment method is correctly selected for the new region.

Is there a place in the microsoft account to change the 360 region? Or do I seriously need a 360 console to do this change?

If i got a Xbox 360 game from live with gold, it's will be only a backward compatible? I can't play on Xbox 360?

You will havetp purchase full gold and save your games online

And no local saves wont move to cloud you have to resave the games

So there's no way to get my 360 saves over to my Xbox One without purchasing the Live Gold? Even if I choose to save them in the cloud it still won't happen without a real Live Gold membership? And I can't enable the cloud on the 360 without a real Live Gold
membership? Is all this correct?

You can't downoload the games with gold with an xbox live trial,you need to have a full gold membership.

You also need a gold subscription in order to play the games anyway,it's not the same as the 360.
