Can't get xbox live from the Xbox home account

Hi, you can't transfer digital content from one profile to the other. The best option is to set your sons Xbox up as your home Xbox. This will give him access to the games on your account and to Xbox Live subscription. Unfortunately his progress also can't
be transfered and the same account can not be signed in on two Xbox consoles at the same time.

you can't transfer games on Xbox One and you can't transfer progress from one account to another, but on you can set your Xbox One as the Home Xbox for the account that has purchased games/subscriptions and then any other account that signs in can play them.

they can also share Live Gold/Gamepass if you have them.

Like others mentioned, you can't merge accounts.

Although, if you have an Xbox One, then you could get Game Pass Ultimate with the newer account, then set that account as the home. That way any account (the older one) that signs into your Xbox also gets the benefits of Game Pass Ultimate.

My 3 sons all have xbox live gold accounts and at least 1 of these has this set as their home xbox.

I can certainly play xbox live on my account so one of them must have or I wouldn't be able to.

To be clear, they can't get party chat to work either when they play it.

can you sign in to that account on your Xbox?

if you can sign in with it you can designate your Xbox as the Home Xbox for that account and have access to Live Gold on any account that signs in on that Xbox
