    Thanks for your awnser. I tried what you said even if I was talking about the pc app ^^ My region is also set to Belgium in the phone app.

    The problem is just when I want to add a payment method, they set automatically the region to United States. If I tried to purchase with my Belgium payment method they say there is a difference between my payment region and my account region. Which is weird
    because I'm from Belgium and I pay from Belgium.

    Hi, in order change your region inside the xbox app on your phone you should open the menù in the top left corner, navigate down to "settings", then you have the tab "language" on the right and here you can mange your region.

    Ok so I tried to purchase the pass within the phone app and it Worked ! Still don't know why on pc it didn't work.

    When i said Xbox app, i meant the xbox app on the pc. So yes, I tried on pc (i don't have an xbox).

    have you tried to purchase it on the xbox itself or the pc? if not id try that, or alternitively try using a different method of pay like paypal!
