Can't get Xbox 360 Free Gold Games to Xbox One

Hello. I saw that Deus Ex Human Revolution is free for the next month. I've never played it so i thought i'll download it to my Xbox One. So i went to xbox.com and tried to "buy" it but after i confirmed my purchase, it said "Sorry. Your purchase cannot
be completed at this time. Please try again.". The same thing happend with Dirt Showdown (i didn't get that either). What should i do? Thanks!

I can't transfer from xbox 360 gold free games from my xbox one. just from the site, i've made it on xbox 360 gold on dirt 3, but i can't with Dungeon Siege III

 

Getting free Games with Gold on Xbox 360 and Xbox One with the same Xbox Live Gold account.

If I get an Xbox one and bring my existing Live Gold account to it, will I still be able to get free Games with Gold on my Xbox 360 as well as the free Games with Gold on Xbox One? I'm far from abandoning my 360 just yet. But, I still want to start experiencing the
Xbox One.

 

Does your account region reflect your actual region if not that would be why

My region should be fine because i was able to get Dirt 3 when it was free. My region is set on UK, so is my billing address.

 

It's not just your billing address it's your account region and actual region

Not your console region

 

But it worked before. And also why can't i just get it on my Xbox One if it's Backwards Compatable? Why does it say "Bundle Only" and when i click on it there's nothing there?

Downloading 360 games directly through One isn't possible yet. You can only get the first games on a 360 or from the website, with a valid payment option.

If i Downlad a Live Gold game from Xbox One all works fine.

hi there, you can download 360 games direct to your xbox one ive done it with 3 now. but now when i try it it tells me i cant as im not a gold member which i have been for few yrs now. its messed up ive gave up wit it

 

Because you aren't gold

If you are on home gold only the primary account can make the purchases

If you are using a trial they don't count
