    Can't get x box live


    hi, I had to get an account to get live for son. Been fine for months. Yesterday all profiles and data were lost. When I go reload my details it does not recognise that we have live or any of the games purchased. What do I do?

    I contact the x box live service to find a solution but the expert can't help me ... I have lost 51 euros in my x box account and i can't buy anything in my x box ...

    Visa credit card payment can't be authorized

    Yes it happens on the console AND the site. Don't know what to do. it just simply sais; can't authorize payment try a different payment option. Tried to delete it and renew it but my x-box live subscription is on it so i can't remove it before calling etc.
    this is to much effort.. ( yes cr card works fine with the x-box live payment monthly).
