    Can't get Witcher 2 to play


    I downloaded the game to my 360 and Xbox One during the free promotion but when I booted it up for the first time on Xbox One, all I got was sound and a snowy picture. Anyone else have this problem? Do I still need to insert the actual game disc to get it
    to work?

    The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition Launch Trailer

    Trailer looks real nice and I'm looking forward to the added gameplay and cinematics. I can't wait to play the enhanced Edition and get my back up Witcher 2 copy on GOG tomorrow.

    I always end up ejecting Skyrim out of boredom... Witcher on PC? I was obsessed with it.Loved every minute. Can't wait to get the 360 version.

    Hi El GIESTAS

    If you've purchased Witcher 2 as a BC you will be able to install it by going to My Games and Apps on the dashboard of Xbox One, then scroll to the end of your installed games to the Ready to Install section - you will see Witcher 2 there.

    Finished Witcher II - what next....?

    Dragon Age II is also a lot of fun, but I have to be honest - once you've played the Witcher 2 - a lot of other RPG games can seem a little dull in comparison. Fingers crossed The Witcher 3 is in development, I can't wait to get back into the story!

    The Witcher 2 came out last May for the PC did it not? I can't remember seeing The Witcher 2 win any GOTY awards.

    Problems with "The Witcher 2" cannot see savegames and achievement list.

    No, I did not.

    The line that shows achievements completed from witcher 2 is from my xbox 360 playthrough last year,

    and the new line of achimenents with 0 completed is created each time I try to play witcher 2 via backwards compatibility.

    When I delete the zero achievments line, and re-run Witcher 2 via backwards compatibility , it gets created again.

    so the problem is that Witcher 2 via back.comp. doesnt recognize

    1) my cloud saved witcher 2 savegames

    2) my witcher 2 xbox 360 achievement progress.

    For the emulator is like I've never played that game before.
