    Can't get thru the initial set up.


    I just opened my console and turned it on. After selected "english" it asked me to sign in to my wifi but after I enter my wifi password the xbox returns to the original start up green screen and the process starts over.. I thought it was a defective xbox
    one console so I took it back and got a new one but the next one, which is also new, also did the same exact thing. What am I doing wrong?

    HI, When i originally set up my xbox one, im sure i chose the option to make updates automatic however i have since been prompted to download an update for fifa and killer instinct myself. Is there a way to go back and look at or change this initial choice?

    Do you have your Xbox on energy saving? If so that will keep your xbox off and not let anything download till you turn the xbox on.

    Hello,

    Those game updats are going to ask for you to update since they are the first time you played them. Now that you have played them the updates will happen for you. When ever you get a new game you will have to allways do the first update yourself.
