cant get the new system update to work

Discus and support cant get the new system update to work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; okay so I am trying to install the new system update on my console however it keeps crashing around 30% and no matter what I do it wont stop doing it....     okay so I am trying to install the new system update on my console however it keeps crashing around 30% and no matter what I do it wont stop doing it. I have reset my internet and my system. I'm part of the insider program and according to xbox support that's
    why how do I contact them to help me out cause the website says use my system but I cant if every time it links to the internet it tries to update and if I reject it to try to report the problem it kicks me off the internet for not updating. what am I supposed
    to do because I really want to avoid having to factory reset my system and lose everything.

    cant play back comp discs on xbox one

    on the preview scheme (which I want to know how to get off it keeps screwing my system) and since the November update cant play dvds or back comp disc

    system resets, offline updates, tinkering with settings nothing works I WANT this resolved or whats the point of preview if you cant fix what you screw up

    it worked for me well before the updated my xbox one to that new preview dashboard...now i cant do crap with it. system tells me that it cant read my disc. major programming error on xbox's part to advertise back compat and then cant even ensure it.

    Even with the new update this is not fixed. Happens on Assassins Creed 4, Netflix, etc. Sad how they cant seem to get this to work.

    "Getting Ready to Update..".an never updates just frozen there...

    I'm having the same problem. Cant get past 10% download for the initial system update, also on the "getting ready to update" screen.
