Can't get the new minecraft cape due to microsoft email

I bought Minecraft bedrock from the Microsoft store with an email, let's call this email "email 1". I sign in to Bedrock with a different Microsoft email, let's call this email "email 2". Now later on I buy Java, this is after the migration so I make my Java account via email 2. I play and Play. June 6th arrives where players with both a java and bedrock account before this time get a cool cape. My friend got one and I was so hyped. This was going to be epic so I went onto java to look at my capes. Then I go to the capes section and find nothing. Nothing at all. This is most likely because when I bought my Minecraft Bedrock I used Email 1, even though I signed in as Email 2, and used Email 2 for Java. Is there anything I can do? I'm very disappointed and pretty sad. It looks really cool and many of my friends have it. Any replies or suggestions would be amazing, thanks.

Sadly you can't receive the vanilla cape if you have one version on one account and the other on a different account

Yeah, I bought bedrock in the store through my first email, but always log in and use my second email when playing, I bought java account with second email. So It's two different accounts.

If you purchased both versions only with one email you receive the reward in that account

Or did you purchased the game on both accounts?

The "vanilla cape" is a reward for players who purchased a Minecraft account before a certain date and have logged into the game with that account. If you have both a Java and Bedrock account and they use the same email, then the cape should be available on both. However, if the accounts were made at different times, it's possible that only one of them is eligible for the cape. To check if you have the cape, you can log into both accounts and go to the Minecraft profile page to see if the cape is displayed.

Sorry to say but unfortunately as you not meet the requirements to get the cape (Have a Mojang account and migrate it to a Microsoft account)

If this new account was created as a Microsoft account directly is possible to get the migration cape.

Also, from Microsoft side is not possible to put in-game items. As Minecraft team wasn't able to give you the cape, is not possible to do something else

I hope you can understand, and... If you know that you're not "new" just ignore those players
