    Recently I redeemed a Fallen Love Ranger Quest Pack code, and now that I check my fortnite account, the item isn't on it. Please help!

    Hello again, if you redeemed the code correctly on your account that you use for the game and it is linked with Fortnite, try uninstalling the game and clearing the cache on your console and then reinstalling the game.

    1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Need to purchase Minecraft Bedrock Edition despite already owning it.

    Purchase history doesn't get deleted, if you can't see that code redeemed that's not the correct account

    Once the code it's used in one account that code won't on any other account, only the account that redeemed the code will be able to access that content
